Ingredients

  1. one smaller bunch beets, or adequate canned beets (no salt additional) to make three cups, drained
  2. one/4 cup purple wine vinegar
  3. three tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  4. one tablespoon olive oil
  5. one tablespoon h2o
  6. eight cups fresh new salad greens
  7. one/4 cup chopped apple
  8. one/4 cup chopped celery
  9. Freshly floor pepper
  10. three tablespoons chopped walnuts
  11. one/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Steam raw beets in h2o in saucepan until finally tender. Slip off skins. Rinse to awesome. Slice in one/two-inch rounds. In a medium bowl, toss with purple wine vinegar.

In a substantial bowl, incorporate balsamic vinegar, olive oil and h2o. Add salad greens and toss.

Put greens onto unique salad plates. Top with sliced beets, and chopped apples and celery. Sprinkle with pepper, walnuts and cheese. Serve right away.
